Staff Appraisals
Securityinc has established a program to monitor the
performance of our personnel. This program was designed to maintain
our high standards and acts as a means for improved performance.
Utilising a Staff Appraisal program highlights both complimentary
performance and areas that need improvement. Reward and Recognitions
are provided for excellent service and this provides further incentive
for staff to provide high quality service to our clients.
Securityinc Supervisors also visit officers throughout the year
to further assess their training needs or evaluate how they are
progressing through our program.
